User Content & Copyright

This page explains who owns content on LAT3R, your responsibilities, and how to report copyright concerns.

You Own Your Content

You keep ownership of content you create and upload to LAT3R — including posts, images, comments, Circle posts, and chat messages. By posting content, you give LAT3R a limited license to host and display it as needed to run the platform.

You Are Responsible for What You Share

You are responsible for the content you post. That means you're responsible for making sure it doesn't violate the law, these policies, or anyone else's rights.

Permission to Upload

Only upload images and content that you created or that you have permission to share. Don't upload other people's private content, copyrighted work you don't have rights to, or anything that violates someone else's rights.

Moderation & Removal

LAT3R may review, remove, or restrict content that violates our policies — including content reported by other users. Removing content does not necessarily mean a legal judgment has been made.

Copyright Complaints

If you believe content on LAT3R infringes your copyright, you can send us a copyright complaint. Include enough detail for us to locate the content and explain why you believe it infringes your rights. Send complaints to lat3rsupport@gmail.com.
