Terms of Service

LAT3R is available to users 13 years of age and older. Users 13–17 receive the Teen experience; users 18 and older receive the Adult experience. You must provide accurate age information when registering. LAT3R uses self-declared age groups and does not perform identity or age verification.

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to provide accurate registration information and to keep your information current. You must not share your account credentials or allow others to use your account.

You can choose whether your profile is public or private. Public profiles are discoverable, and your public content may be visible to other users. Private profiles are hidden from discovery. You can also set individual goals to private so they are not shown to others.

You can create, edit, and track goals, including milestones, actions, plans, reflections, and notes. You are responsible for the content you add to your goals. AI-generated plans are tools to help you — you are responsible for evaluating whether any plan is appropriate for you.

LAT3R offers social features including posts, images, comments, likes, following, and profiles. When you use these features, your content may be visible to others according to your visibility settings. You are responsible for what you share.

Circles are community spaces. Some Circles are restricted to adult accounts. You may only join Circles through LAT3R's joining process, which enforces age and eligibility rules. Circle chat is visible to members of that Circle. You are responsible for what you post in Circles and chat.

You are solely responsible for the content you upload or post, including text and images. You must only upload content that you have the right to share. LAT3R may remove or restrict content that violates these Terms or our Community Guidelines.

You must not use LAT3R to:

• Harass, bully, or threaten others;
• Engage in illegal activity;
• Violate the privacy of others, including sharing personal information without consent (doxxing);
• Impersonate another person or misrepresent your identity;
• Post spam, scams, or deceptive content;
• Post hateful or discriminatory content;
• Attempt to expose minors to adult-restricted content, or attempt to evade LAT3R's safety systems;
• Upload content you do not have the right to share; or
• Interfere with the proper functioning of LAT3R.

LAT3R may review, remove, restrict, or classify content, and may restrict or suspend accounts that violate these Terms or our Community Guidelines. You can report content or users through LAT3R's reporting tools.

LAT3R may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, including suspended accounts that lose access to LAT3R. You can stop using LAT3R at any time. [Attorney/business decision required regarding termination procedures and notice.]

You retain ownership of content you create and upload. By posting content on LAT3R, you grant LAT3R a license to host, display, and operate on that content as needed to provide the platform. You represent that you have the rights needed to grant this license for the content you share.

LAT3R offers AI-powered features such as coaching and goal planning. AI can make mistakes and may not always be accurate. AI features are informational only and are not professional advice. See our AI Terms & Disclaimer for details.

LAT3R is provided "as is." LAT3R does not guarantee that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any AI output will be accurate or suitable for your situation. LAT3R's AI and goal features are not a substitute for professional advice — including medical, mental health, financial, or legal advice. Always consult a qualified professional for important decisions.

LAT3R relies on third-party services, including Base44 (hosting, database, AI, email), Google (authentication), and Stripe (billing infrastructure, currently in test mode only). LAT3R is not responsible for the practices of these third parties.

LAT3R+ is a planned paid subscription. LAT3R+ terms will apply when paid subscriptions are launched. LAT3R is not currently processing live subscription charges. See our LAT3R+ Terms for details.

LAT3R does not guarantee continuous availability and may modify, suspend, or discontinue features at any time. [Attorney/business decision required regarding service-level commitments.]

To the fullest extent permitted by law, LAT3R is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform. [Attorney/business decision required regarding liability caps and exclusions.]

LAT3R may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the "Last updated" date. Continued use of LAT3R after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. [Attorney/business decision required regarding notice of material changes.]
